In September 2025, SAP announced that Business ByDesign will be removed from the official pricelist for new customers effective April 20, 2026.
Here is the reality for current users:

  • Your System is Not Going Away: SAP has committed to ongoing maintenance, security updates, and localized compliance releases.

  • You Can Continue to Grow: You can still add users and expand your current footprint.

  • No Forced Migration: You are not required to move off the platform as long as it continues to meet your business needs.
